Sweep Frequency Response Analyzers

The solution to securely know the status of your asset

The frequency sweep response analyzer is the tool used to detect problems in transformers, reactors and other equipment with windings, either during transfer, installation, operation or after stress such as an electrical failure (short circuit). The analysis allows to detect movements of the core, movement or displacement of winding, deformation of winding, radial or circumferential movement, short circuits between loops or open circuits, internal connections of high resistance, defective ground connections, loose or broken fixing structures, among others. It is the ideal tool to execute during the reception of assets to then verify possible damage due to the transfer or installation and evaluate the health of the asset a posteriori during its useful life or before a short circuit event to evaluate its condition and decide if it can be set into service again.
SFRA

By injecting a signal and measuring its output, its response is calculated in a frequency sweep. Being that the asset can be represented as a set of resistors, inductances and capacitors (the characteristic is specific to each asset according to its constructive form and therefore the response to an alternating signal will be typical of each asset), by sweeping in frequency from low to high frequency it allows to know the signature of the asset and then, by comparison, to be able to differentiate internal problems.
Software for data handling

The fast execution of the test, its wide dynamic range, its wide frequency range make our solution your best choice when choosing your instrument. The analysis software, friendly and easy to use, allows to quickly manipulate the data obtained by making comparisons and allowing professional reports to obtain an evaluation according to international standards IEC 60076, CIGRE and IEEE recommendations
