Glass syringe for dielectric oil

We supply, according to customer requirements, temperature-resistant glass syringes of borosilicate glass with Luer Lock metal tip, interchangeable plunger, designed for use in dielectric oil (even for dissolved gas analysis or DGA) according to ISO 594/1, 595/2, IEC 60475, IEC 60567, ASTM 3613. The material resists high temperatures, temperature changes and vibrations. It is designed to allow repeated washing at high temperatures. The Luer lock metal tip is reinforced in the syringe (to prevent it from breaking at the most common point) according to iso 594. The plunger is leak-free and iso 7886 compliant and is tested to see leak-free, smooth movement and recoil-free. They can be numbered or engraved, depending on the quantity, according to customer requirements.They are graduated and marked every 1 and 5 ml and permanently shaped to the glass (it is not erased with washing at temperature). The grip flanges are reinforced and have a flat side to avoid rolling when supporting. It does not contain latex (for users with latex intolerance). They are manufactured to measure and in sizes ranging from 10 to 150 ml 

We also offer 3-way nylon valves in their entirety, with two Luer lock female ports and one male port, manufactured according to IEC-60475, IEC-60567 & ASTM-D 3613, of robust construction.
